In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11.03.2020 No. 211 «On preventing the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 on the territory of Ukraine», a quarantine has been introduced throughout the territory of Ukraine. Taking the above into account, with consideration of the requirements and recommendations of the National Bank of Ukraine, set out in the letter dated March 23, 2020 No. 57-0009/15193 «Regarding the technical implementation of the extension of the validity of payment cards», JSC "CIB" extends the validity of personal and corporate payment cards issued by the Bank, whose validity ends in March and April 2020, additionally for a term of 3 months in order to provide Clients with the opportunity to carry out the following types of non-cash operations:
payments in the trading-service networks; payment on the Internet.
At the same time, we note that JSC "CIB" automatically reissues Clients' cards, in accordance with the terms indicated on the card (in case the card has been used at least once during the past three months). So if the validity of the payment card expires during the quarantine, the card will be reissued and will await You at the branch of the Bank where the card account is serviced. Thus You can either receive at the Bank's branch a new reissued card or use the old card for payment in the trading-service networks and on the Internet for another three months.
We remind you that during quarantine, Commercial Industrial Bank has changed the working regime of branches that serve Clients. Please note that Bank branches operate with breaks for ventilation and disinfection of the premises. Also the Bank has limited the number of clients who can simultaneously be at the branch — up to 5 persons and to maintain a distance of no less than 1 meter from other visitors. If the Client has symptoms of the disease, the Bank has the right to refuse service to such Client at the Bank's branch. We value the safety of our Clients and employees; therefore, we ask all Clients to visit the branches in masks.
Stay home and stay healthy!
