COMINBANK took the 7th position in the TOP-10 deposit reliability rating

The rating agency ‘Standard-Rating’ (Ukraine) presented the 47th rating of bank deposit reliability.

In the TOP-10 of this rating, JSC ‘COMINBANK’ (COMINBANK) consistently took the 7th position.

In the report, the experts noted that as of the beginning of 2025, JSC ‘COMINBANK’ had a high regulatory capital of UAH 709.24 million, with a standard of at least UAH 200 million, and with a margin complied with the regulatory capital adequacy ratio (CAR) at 13.11%, with a standard value of at least 9.25%. Also, the bank was well provided with liquidity: the liquidity coverage ratio for all currencies (LCRvv) as of 01.01.2025 was 234.16%, and the long-term liquidity ratio (NFSR) was 170.48%. JSC ‘COMINBANK’ improved its key ratios in the last quarter of 2024, and had a high level of external support from the shareholder.

Also, as part of the rating, the agency has rated banking products for attracting funds from the public. The agency studied deposit, card and savings programmes for the population of all 50 Ukrainian banks that participated in the rating and identified the leaders in three categories of banks.

Among the banks with foreign capital, the ‘Income Card’ programme from JSC ‘COMINBANK’ was recognised as the best banking product for placing funds of the population. The programme provides free access to funds and a higher interest rate at the same time, and combines the advantages of a deposit and a bank card.
