ComInBank became a partner of the All-Ukrainian information campaign for the protection of the rights of credit services consumers "Know your rights: loans". The campaign, initiated by the National Bank of Ukraine, will run from July to October 2022 in all regions of the country.
The aim of the campaign is both protective and educational, with attention focused on borrowers' rights and the improvement of consumers' knowledge about credit services.
«Such an initiative is very important, especially now, during the war, when many people need financial aid and are interested in credit services. We are glad to join the circle of banking experts and state institutions that support the campaign, and that is more than 50 partners! We are sure this will help Ukrainians better understand their rights and make more thoughtful financial decisions. And, of course, the protection of consumers of financial services today must grow», — notes Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Borys Rafalovych
The National Bank launched a special web page (landing) "Know your rights: loans" with detailed information about credit services.
The campaign is taking place with the support of international partners – the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in partnership with the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the Good Governance Fund of the UK Government in Ukraine, as well as the EU technical assistance project "Strengthening regulation and supervision of the non-banking financial market" (EU-FINREG).
