COMINBANK has joined the Program of compensation to agrarians for the cost of agricultural machinery from domestic producers
JSC «COMINBANK» (COMINBANK) and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine have entered into a memorandum of cooperation.
The signing of the memorandum means that from now on, agrarians who are clients of COMINBANK have the opportunity to receive compensation from the state in the amount of 25% of the cost of equipment purchased from a Ukrainian producer.
«For the third year, domestic agrarians have been carrying the heavy burden of war on their shoulders. The damages and losses suffered by our agricultural sector amount to billions. And despite this, it heroically continues to work, providing Ukraine and the world with food. Therefore, today we are extremely pleased to take a step in the direction of support for agricultural producers. And I thank everyone who contributed to this important decision in favor of the agrarian business. After all, this is about serious support for the industry and food security of our country», - commented Tetiana Putintseva, Chair of the Management Board of COMINBANK.
To receive this partial compensation of the cost of agricultural machinery, agrarians (Bank's clients) need to:
- choose a supplier (from the list on the Ministry of Economy's website);
- purchase domestically produced equipment;
- submit a compensation application and supporting documents to the Bank;
- receive the compensation to the current account at the Bank.

The procedure for using funds provided for in the state budget for partial compensation of the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment of domestic production is approved by CMU resolution dated 01.03.2017 No. 130.
The recipients of budget funds are legal entities and individual entrepreneurs whose main activity is the supply of agricultural goods (as defined in p. 2.15 of the Law of Ukraine «On State Support of Agriculture of Ukraine» dated 24.06.2004 No. 1877-IV).
