The authorized capital of PJSC «CIB», which as of 01.08.2016 amounted to UAH 128.6 million, will be increased by UAH 71.378 million and will thus amount to UAH 200 million. The increase of the authorized capital will take place through the placement of additional shares of the existing par value at the expense of additional contributions.
