The name Joint-Stock Company “Commercial Industrial Bank” has been changed to JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMINBANK» in accordance with the Decision of the Sole Shareholder dated September 27, 2022.
We inform you that JSC «COMINBANK» is the legal successor of all property, rights, and obligations of JSC «CIB».
