Attention customers who hold Mastercard Platinum Bank cards

Dear Customers!

We would like to inform you that the Bank offers its customers the opportunity to replace their primary and additional Mastercard Platinum (contactless) personalised payment cards free of charge in the event of physical damage, at the Bank's initiative, in accordance with clause 3.6.2 of the Tariffs for services and transactions on current accounts of individuals using electronic payment instruments within the framework of:

· The ‘Settlement Card’ tariff package (UAH, USD, EUR) of the ‘PLATINUM’ tariff plan;

· ‘Settlement Card’ tariff package (UAH, USD, EUR) of the ‘PLATINUM+’ tariff plan;

· ‘Credit Card’ tariff package (UAH) of the ‘PLATINUM+ Credit Card’ tariff plan.

You can take advantage of the free replacement of your active Mastercard Platinum payment card by visiting any branch of the Bank that provides a full range of services for individuals and submitting a corresponding application for the replacement of your existing payment card under the terms of clause 3.6.2 of the Tariffs due to its physical damage and with the mandatory return of the latter to the Bank.

Under the above conditions, up to 10 free card replacements per calendar year are allowed for each account.
