Dear clients!
We inform that from 27.05.2025, amendments come into effect to the Rules of the provision of payment and other services to individuals in JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMINBANK», namely:
- The name of the means of remote communication has been changed to «Mobile banking «COMINBANK»;
- The Rules have been supplemented with new terms – Virtual card, Mobile application, Push-notification, which relate to services provided by the Bank with the help of Mobile banking «COMINBANK»;
- the definitions of the terms have been updated: «Authentication», «Activation of a card», «User instruction», «Mobile banking «COMINBANK»/ Mobile banking», «SMS – Banking/SMS-informing»;
- the term «Authentication» has been excluded;
- section 4 «SERVICES FOR THE OPENING, SERVICING, AND CLOSING OF CURRENT ACCOUNTS USING A PAYMENT CARD» has been supplemented with the conditions of opening and servicing of a Virtual card and the corresponding card account, the conditions of use of the Virtual card details for the carrying out of payment and other operations;
- in section 8. «PROVISION OF SERVICES USING A MEANS OF REMOTE COMMUNICATION – THE SYSTEM OF MOBILE BANKING «COMINBANK»:
- the option of using the WEB-version of the system «COMINBANK» has been excluded;
- the full list of services has been updated, that is provided to the Client using the system of Mobile banking «COMINBANK»;
- chapter 8.30. – «Opening of a Virtual card in the system of Mobile banking «COMINBANK» has been added;
- the requirements for the operating system of mobile devices on which the Google Pay/Apple Pay services are supported have been updated.
The above amendments are being made in connection with the planned update of the Mobile application of the Bank.
The updated Rules of the provision of payment and other services to individuals in JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMINBANK», which will be in effect from 27.05.2025, are placed for review at the link.
