Tetiana PUTINTSEVA, the Chairman of the Management Board of COMINBANK, opened the exhibition of embroidered works held at the Bank's head office on the World Vyshyvanka Day.
In her speech, the CEO stressed the cultural significance of the holiday and said that the Bank actively continues to implement its historical and educational mission, which was launched on the occasion of its 30th anniversary.
Embroidered shirts, towels, accessories, bed linen and other products that are family heirlooms of the employees formed the basis of the exposition.
The evolution of Ukrainian women's clothing from the 1920s to the present day was reflected in a unique collection provided by the event partner, Kokhana, a Kyiv-based interior ethno photo studio. Also, Oksana Alekseeva, the owner of the studio and an expert, spoke about the secrets of Ukrainian embroidery and clothing.
