From 16.09.2021, JSC «CIB» introduces a new service of PIN code delivery in an SMS message!
You can receive a PIN code for a new card or get a new PIN code for the card you are already using through the Contact-center.
You can receive or change the PIN code for the card as follows:
- Call the Contact-center at 0 800 501 200;
- Undergo identification by the Contact-center operator;
- Inform of your desire to receive the PIN code;
- Receive an SMS message with the PIN code to your financial phone number.
The PIN code will be sent to you in an SMS message with the following content:
«ComInBank хххх – Vash PIN do kartky *xxxx.
Uvaha! Nikomu ne povidomliaite!
Vy mozhete zminyty PIN v bankomatakh bankiv Ukrainy. Persha zmina PIN bezkoshtovna.»
The PIN code is set by generating random numbers.
The option of receiving the PIN code through the Contact-center is available for cards issued after 16.09.2021.
