we would like to inform you that the Deposit Guarantee Fund (the ‘Fund’) has amended the Rules for the Protection of Rights and Legally Protected Interests of Depositors by the Deposit Guarantee Fund and Invalidation of Certain Decisions of the Executive Directorate of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, which is available on the official website of the Fund and entered into force on 11 July 2025.
