Tetiana Volodymyrivna shared how during the war the approaches of COMINBANK to service and communication have transformed, and also placed a separate emphasis on how in the modern digital world Big Data is used in the financial industry.
Today, new technologies allow the COMINBANK team to better understand client needs and make more personalized decisions, and also to be more efficient and faster in reacting to actual market requests. Thanks to big data analytics, employees of the financial institution can better serve and attract clients with the help of individual offers.
