Dear customers of JSC ‘COMINBANK’!
We wish to inform you that JSC ‘COMINBANK’ intends to terminate the bank account agreements and comprehensive service agreements (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreements’), as well as to terminate the Agreements and close the current accounts of individuals, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals engaged in independent professional activities who are customers of the Kryvyi Rih branch of JSC COMINBANK:
- current accounts with no transactions for one year and no cash balances;
- current accounts with no transactions for three consecutive years but with a cash balance.
In connection with the above, if you have an inactive current account opened with JSC ‘COMINBANK’, please notify us within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement on the website of JSC ‘COMINBANK’, on information stands in the branches of JSC and on the ‘PAY CIB’ remote banking system, to notify us of your wish to continue using such a current account by submitting a written application to the branches of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ or to the postal address: 28 Predslavinska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine, 03150.
Should JSC ‘COMINBANK’ not receive, within the aforementioned period, notification of the intention to continue using the dormant current account, JSC ‘COMINBANK’, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 651 and 1075 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the terms of the Agreements, hereby notifies you of its refusal to continue the Agreements by terminating them and closing the relevant current accounts. The available balances on inactive current accounts will be recorded in the relevant analytical account of the balance sheet account ‘Bank customer funds in inactive accounts’ after their closure.
