Dear clients! We inform you of the restrictions and features of the operation of ComInBank during the period of martial law regarding the carrying out of cross-border money transfers.
1. The Bank has suspended the SENDING of cross-border currency payments (except for enterprises and institutions that ensure the implementation of mobilization plans (tasks) and the Government on the basis of separate NBU permissions). Transfers outside Ukraine through international payment systems have been suspended: MoneyGram, Western Union, IntelExpress, RIA, Welsend, transfers using the Swift system, and others.
2. The Bank carries out the PAYMENT of money transfers from abroad through international payment systems: Money Gram, Western Union, RIA, INTELEXPRESS, Welsend in US dollars, Euros, and hryvnias.
3. It is prohibited to make the payment of international money transfers using russian rubles (RUB).
4. It is prohibited to make the payment of international money transfers in which the participant is an individual who has a location (registered/permanently resides) in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.
