On April 12, 2016, at the meeting of shareholders of Public Joint-Stock Company«Industrial Commercial Bank» a new composition of the bank's Supervisory Board was approved.
The following members of the Supervisory Board were re-elected for 2016 by the Bank's Shareholders' Meeting:
Venhlynska A.A., Yeremeyeva E.V., Hudkovych D.V.
Instead of Oliynyk A.A., who by the decision of the shareholders' meeting terminated the powers of a member of the bank's Supervisory Board, Paniushkin Ye.A. was elected.
The newly elected members of the Supervisory Board re-elected Yevhen Kazmin as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Public Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank».
