Clients of «Commercial Industrial Bank» from Odesa and Kherson regions received partial compensation of the interest rate on loans within the framework of the Government's program of support for the agro-industrial complex.
Loans with interest compensation at JSC «CIB» can be obtained by legal entities and individuals engaged in agricultural activity to cover current expenses and expenses of a capital (investment) nature. Partial interest compensation is received by entrepreneurs both in the sector of animal husbandry and crop production.
Special conditions of the program:
• Compensation is provided to borrowers for interest accrued and paid in the current year for the use of loans (revolving and non-revolving, except for overdrafts) in the amount of 1.5 of the NBU discount rate.
• The amount of compensation provided to borrowers and persons related to them during the budget year for short-, medium-, and long-term loans cannot exceed:
- for borrowers carrying out activity in the sectors of animal husbandry - UAH 15 million;
- for borrowers carrying out other types of agricultural activity (except for animal husbandry) - UAH 5 million.
Step-by-step instructions for agricultural producers to obtain a loan:
Step 1. Open a current account in hryvnia at JSC «CIB», obtain the corresponding loan(s) at JSC «CIB».
Step 2. Pay interest for the use of the loan on time.
Step 3. Submit to the branch or office of JSC «CIB» the corresponding application and consent on the provision of information to the Ministry of Economy, which constitutes a bank secret or contains personal data.
Step 4. Receive the compensation amount on the account opened at JSC «CIB» during the validity of the loan agreement.
