On September 10, 2018, the Rating Agency «Standard-Rating» (Ukraine) summarized the results of its now twenty-second «Rating of reliability (attractiveness) of bank deposits».
Based on the results of work in the first half of 2018, JSC «CIB» took 17th place in the rating, confirming its positions among the market leaders.
The key balance sheet indicators of JSC «Commercial Industrial Bank» as of 01.07.2018 compared to 01.01.2018 demonstrated a growing trend. Thus, assets grew by 9.97%, equity grew by 4.81%. Additionally, it should be noted that as of the beginning of the third quarter of 2018 compared to the beginning of 2018, funds of legal entities and individuals increased by 13.28%: from UAH 461.838 million to UAH 523.153 million.
Based on the results of the first six months of 2018, the Bank's profit amounted to UAH 8.45 million, which exceeds the indicator for the same period of 2017 by 5.02 times. In addition, for the first half of 2018 compared to the same period of 2017, the Bank was able to increase interest income by 63.83%, commission income – by 37.64%, and net interest income – by 93.30%.
The Bank continues to demonstrate stable dynamics of growth of the client base. The number of retail business clients as of July 1, 2018, amounted to 14,519 persons. For 6 months of 2018, another 3,588 Ukrainians became clients of the bank. Also, by 278 the number of corporate business clients increased and as of July 1, 2018, amounts to 1,924 enterprises.
- The significant improvement of the rating of reliability of bank deposits once again confirms that our Bank is a stable financial institution. In the same period of last year, JSC «CIB» took 30th place in the rating, and already this year – 17th place. Deposits from JSC «CIB» – these are not only attractive conditions but also reliability, which is once again confirmed by an independent national rating agency, – reported the Chair of the Management Board of Commercial Industrial Bank, Putintseva Tetiana Volodymyrivna.
Significant growth in business volumes, active dynamics of profitable work of JSC «CIB» thanks to confident actions of the new top management positively influenced the activity of the financial institution, which allowed improving and consolidating the positions of Commercial Industrial Bank in the TOP-20 of the general rating of bank deposits.
