In honor of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine, the Children's Sports Club «Ridne Misto» organized a children's mini-football championship in Kyiv. 10 teams from Kyiv and Kyiv region took part in the tournament.
The financial sponsor of the event was ComInBank (Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank»). The kids were also supported by the companies SE «Caparol Ukraine», Charitable Foundation «Food Bank», and «Red Cross Society of Podilskyi district».
Despite the fact that the age of the tournament participants was 7-8 years, the sports passions boiled no less than among adults. And how the parents cheered for their kids! So, the football festival turned out marvelously.
The gold prize-winner was the team of DYSSh «Vyshhorod», silver – DSSh «Yednist», bronze – FC «Podil». Each prize-winning team received a cup and prizes from sponsors. ComInBank distinguished all the little athletes with useful souvenirs, and separately - the winning teams. All DYSSh «Vyshhorod» football players received certificates in the amount of UAH 1500 each, DSSh «Yednist» was awarded with certificates of UAH 1000, and FC «Podil» - with certificates of UAH 500. The prize-winners were awarded by the Chair of the Management Board of «Commercial Industrial Bank», Tetiana Putintseva.

Corporate social responsibility in Ukraine is already acquiring systemic features. It is beginning to fit more and more into business strategy. Additionally, today Ukrainian business is increasing practically twofold the amount of funds it allocates to social and environmental projects.
