Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank» has been named the winner of the XII - ALL-UKRAINIAN COMPETITION «BANK OF THE YEAR - 2020» in the special nomination «Best Bank for individual approach to Clients».
The honorary award was received by the Chair of the Management Board of JSC «CIB», Tetiana Volodymyrivna Putintseva. Ms. Tetiana heads the bank, in which at the present moment powerful transformation processes are underway. In her words, the business model of Commercial Industrial Bank is based on the principle of Comprehensive Solution. This approach provides that the client does not come to the bank for a specific product; they come for a solution to their business task, and banking products are only instruments for its solution.
That is why the bank tries to take into account clients' interests not only during the sale of products, but already at the stage of their development. By considering the client's task comprehensively, it is possible to offer a more advantageous option for them, which will not only reduce expenses on the credit resource, but also help increase the volume of sales, thereby increasing profit.
The award was presented to Tetiana Volodymyrivna by the General Director of the International Financial Club «BANKIR», Zhanna Vasylivna Holik, and the Chair of the International Financial Club «BANKIR», Oleh Mykolaiovych Kapralov.
- It is an honor for me to receive an award from the International Club «Bankir», all the more in such a nomination as «Best Bank for individual approach to Clients». I want to emphasize that such an approach for us is a strategic direction of interaction with clients.
