ComInBank and Diia start large-scale cooperation

From now on, at all branches of ComInBank, you can confirm your identity using digital documents in the Diia application to receive the following services:

- carrying out operations on current accounts already opened at ComInBank

- carrying out operations on deposit accounts already opened at ComInBank

- carrying out operations under existing rental agreements for individual bank safes

 

Thanks to the specified procedure, ComInBank clients have one more tool that expands their possibilities for carrying out the above operations and improves access to banking services.

 

«Ukraine became the first state in the world where digital passports have the same legal force as their paper or plastic analogues. The introduction of the scenario of validation of existing clients is only one of the directions of our cooperation with Diia. Going forward, we plan to implement scenarios of deeper integration of ComInBank and «Diia» to improve the service of providing banking services to our clients, including regarding the configuration of document sharing» - stated the Chair of the Management Board of ComInBank, Tetiana Putintseva.

On the portal, you can receive online more than 70 state services, and in the updated mobile application — access to 15 of your digital documents and 12 services.

Among the documents: ID card and foreign biometric passport, student card, driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, vehicle insurance policy, taxpayer number (RNOKPP), birth certificate and IDP certificate, as well as international, yellow, and green internal COVID certificates.
