Access to the Client-Bank system is possible in two ways: offline and online.
The Offline option, WinClient version, is possible through the application installed locally on Your personal computer/laptop.
The Online option, web version, is available through the Bank's official web page. You can enter the bank's page using Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome browsers.
The same logins, passwords, and keys are used for working in both versions of the software complex. We also draw your attention that the necessary links and user instructions are posted on the Bank's web page for both the first entry into the Client-Bank system and for further work with it. Also posted there are the «Rules of working with the remote banking service system», which describe the necessary information security measures that must be followed to preserve your funds and financial information.
We inform You that the temporary unavailability of the offline access option to the Client-Bank system (WinClient version) on June 25, 2020 was connected with the scheduled update of the software complex to enhance the security of transactions and the related temporary technical difficulties. Access to the Client-Bank system was possible through the Online option — the web version of Client-Bank.
We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and assure you that all software updates and refinements are directed exclusively at improving the quality of work and security of the software complex.
