JSC «CIB» reminds that it has introduced a special service regime for loans, for the sake of helping its Client-borrowers during quarantine.
Commercial Industrial Bank understands the situation in which our Clients have found themselves, and applies a special service regime for loans for Client-borrowers who have suffered as a result of the introduction of quarantine.
Reducing the credit burden during the crisis — is not just help, but in many cases — real salvation.
From March 1 to April 30, 2020, we are NOT:
applying penalty sanctions for non-fulfillment of the conditions of the loan agreement; charging an increased interest rate on overdue debt for non-fulfillment of the conditions of the loan agreement.
We are considering questions regarding:
restructuring of term loans on the conditions recommended by the NBU; deferral in payment of the principal obligation.
Important!
The special regime – is NOT FORGIVENESS OF DEBT. This is a DEFERRAL of debt payment for Borrowers whose financial condition has deteriorated. The Bank continues to charge interest for the use of loans. Because in parallel, the Bank charges interest on deposits and pays them.
For the Bank to consider the possibility of carrying out restructuring in the period from March 1 to April 30, 2020, you need to submit an application remotely to the e-mail address:

In the application, it is necessary to inform the Bank in detail regarding the situation in which You have found yourself, and if possible to attach scanned copies of documents confirming temporary loss of work, loss or substantial reduction of income, or cessation of business operation.
Individual work will be conducted with each Borrower for the best understanding of each case. It is important that Borrowers before this conscientiously fulfilled their loan obligations. Then the Bank can meet halfway even in very complicated situations.
