A lecture in the capital's college from the Chief Compliance Officer of JSC COMINBANK

Natalia PRODAN, Chief Compliance Officer of COMINBANK, gave a lecture to students of the Kyiv Trade and Economic College of DTEK.
Future marketers and financiers had a unique opportunity to learn about Risk Management from an expert with many years of management experience.

The transfer of practical knowledge helps students to understand the real challenges and work processes faced by professionals in their activities.

During the meeting, the students learnt about such definitions as:
- Risk management culture,
- Banking risks,
- The concept of compliance and compliance control,
- Sources of compliance risks.

On 17 September 2024, COMINBANK and the educational institution signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The purpose of the memorandum is to cooperate in the field of educational, training, expert, upbringing and cultural activities within the educational process.

The fruitful work is ongoing and is part of the Bank's educational mission: lectures by COMINBANK representatives are becoming a regular practice that allows young people to gain valuable knowledge from professionals. After all, knowledge from practitioners and ‘live’ examples contribute to the most effective training of future specialists.

This month, COMINBANK won the prestigious Banker Awards 2024, becoming the Leader of educational activities in the financial sector.
