We inform you that in execution of the requirements of Resolution No. 18 of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated 24.02.2022 «On the operation of the banking system during the period of the introduction of martial law», the following limits on payment cards for operations have been temporarily set:
Cash withdrawals at ATMs - in the amount of UAH 5,000 per day;
Cash withdrawals at the Bank's cash desk – in the amount of UAH 100,000 per day (total limit on cash withdrawals – UAH 100,000);
card-to-card transfers (P2P) – UAH 10,000 per day;
settlements in the retail and service network and on the Internet – UAH 10,000 per day.
The issuance of cash funds from clients' accounts in foreign currency has been suspended (except for enterprises and institutions that ensure the implementation of mobilization plans (tasks), the Government, and separate permissions of the National Bank of Ukraine).
Restrictions on cash withdrawals from current accounts (without the use of payment cards) are set in the amount of UAH 100,000 per day (not counting wage payments and social payments), except for enterprises and institutions that ensure the implementation of mobilization plans (tasks), the Government, and separate permissions of the National Bank of Ukraine.
