On April 1, 2016, at the meeting of the Committee of the NBU on the issues of supervision and regulation of banks' activity, supervision (oversight) of payment systems, a decision was made to recognize Mr. Kazmin Ye.V. as the owner of a significant interest, regardless of formal ownership, in Public Joint-Stock Company "COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL BANK".
The decision to recognize as owners of a significant interest is not the agreement of the acquisition of such interest, since the corresponding package of documents is still being considered at the National Bank. At the same time, the regulator states that Yevhen Kazmin in fact carries out control over Public Joint-Stock Company «COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL BANK» regardless of his acquisition of corporate rights.
We remind, from March 11 of the current year, Kazmin Yevhenii Vasylovych is the head of the Supervisory Board of the bank. Thus, since the ultimate beneficiary of the bank has been recognized, «ComInBank» is a bank with a transparent structure of ownership.
Earlier, on November 18, 2015, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine agreed to the acquisition of 100% of shares of JSC "CIB" by the resident individual Yevhen Kazmin, founder of the "KVV" holding.
