The Supervisory Board of the Bank on March 28, 2018, made the decision to appoint Putintseva Tetiana Volodymyrivna to the position of Chair of the Management Board of JSC "CIB" from April 03, 2018.
According to the words of the Head of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, Valentyn Povaliaiev, this appointment is called upon to strengthen the personnel potential of the bank; the general strategy of the bank will remain unchanged.
From 2012 to 2017, Tetiana Putintseva held the position of Deputy Chair of the Management Board - Head of the Eastern region of JSC «TASKombank».
Ruslan Kiziak, who held the position of Chair of the Management Board of JSC "CIB" from December 2016, was dismissed at his own wish.
