THE NBU HAS APPROVED THE ACQUISITION OF A SUBSTANTIAL STAKE IN COMINBANK BY A FOREIGN INVESTOR.

Stefan Pinter is the owner and director of the international group of companies GML headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The GML Group was founded in 1983, has offices in London, Kyiv, Genoa, and Tbilisi, and manages assets in excess of USD 600 million (including part of the assets invested in Ukrainian government securities and debt instruments of some leading corporate issuers of Ukraine). In addition, the company managed by Mr. Stefan Pinter was the investment advisor of the British investment fund, which was the majority owner of PJSC "Bank "Kyivska Rus" in the period from 2007 to 2012.

JSC "Commercial Industrial Bank" is a universal bank providing services to corporate clients and private individuals for more than 22 years (registered by the NBU on December 3, 1993). In May 2016, "Commercial Industrial Bank" joined the group of 50 leading banks of Ukraine according to the information agency "FinClub".

On September 30, 2016, the rating agency Standard Rating renewed the bank's stable ratings, based on the results of the analysis of the Bank's performance for the first half of 2016.

ComInBank, according to the results of the first half of 2016, received a profit of UAH 1.212 million.

In 2016, the Bank increased its authorized capital by UAH 16 million, and as of 01.07.2016 it amounted to UAH 128.6 million. On August 15, 2016, at the Bank's shareholders' meeting, a decision was made to increase the authorized capital to UAH 200 million by placing additional shares of the existing par value at the expense of additional contributions.
