ComInBank's new chatbot: we are even closer to our customers

Our bank has launched a chat-bot, thanks to which using ComInBank services online has become even more convenient! You can use the chat-bot today on our bank's website, as well as in the Viber and Telegram messengers (from a smartphone or desktop computer).

Our chat-bot:

- will inform you of the card balance and the amount of debt;

- will change card limits, will help inform the bank regarding travel abroad;

- will carry out the blocking and reissuance of a bank card;

- will provide information about loan conditions, tariffs for the rental of bank safes, the most advantageous deposit offers, and will help calculate your profit using the deposit calculator;

- will inform of the exchange rate, will give you the opportunity to receive an individual exchange rate;

- will help connect with our operator for resolving other issues.
