Taking into account the technological features of the migration, to ensure the security of clients' operations on payment cards, in December 2015 the Bank is replacing all cards with new sample cards.
We guarantee you that within the framework of our cooperation:
the replacement will take place FREE OF CHARGE. The Bank will ensure full access to your account until the date of processing change using the card issued to you previously, and after the transition to the new processing — using the new card.
To activate the new card, you need to call 0(800)501-200 (free of charge from all landline numbers and numbers of all mobile operators of Ukraine)
Contact center working hours: from 9-00 to 20-00 without days off (on Sat and Sun from 9-00 to 19-00).
New cards of the MasterCard payment system are activated from December 18, 2015, VISA cards began functioning on December 15, 2015.
