Notice on the closure of inactive accounts of individuals - clients
of Public Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank», hereinafter - the Bank
Dear clients of the Bank!
We inform You of the Bank's intentions to refuse from contracts on the servicing of a salary payment card and contracts on the opening of a card account and servicing of the Bank's payment card, hereinafter - the Contracts, and to close the accounts regulated by them:
current accounts, operations on which are carried out using payment cards, on which during the last three years operations have been absent, hereinafter – Current accounts;
current accounts, operations on which are carried out using payment cards, on which during the last three years operations have been absent and there are no balances of funds, hereinafter – Card accounts.
In connection with the above, in case of the presence of a Card or Current account opened in Your name at the Bank, and if You wish to further use it, we ask You within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice in the «Uriadovyi Kurier» newspaper to contact the structural subdivision of the Bank in which You opened the account, and provide a written application on its further use.
In case the Bank does not receive within the above-mentioned period confirmation regarding the further use of accounts, the Bank, being guided by the rules of Art. 1075 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the conditions of the Contracts, notifies of the refusal of the latter and the closure of Current and Card accounts. In this case, the existing balance of funds will be transferred to the analytical account of the balance sheet account of the Bank «Funds of bank clients on inactive accounts».
