Vadym Berezovyk, who previously headed the "Forum" Commerzbank Group bank, was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Public Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank» (Kyiv). The corresponding decision of the Supervisory Board was approved by the Commission of the National Bank of Ukraine on Supervision and Regulation of Banking Activities on April 29, 2015.
We remind you that from February 10, 2015, in accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of the financial institution, Vadym Berezovyk performed the duties of Chairman of the Management Board. Previously, the bank's management board was headed by Liudmyla Kontsedailo.
The Commercial Industrial Bank was registered by the NBU in 1993. The largest shareholders of the bank as of January 1, 2015 were the company "Argo-Doubl" (33.72%), LLC "Inko-Fort" (33.3%), and the company "Ferotrans" (32.98%). According to the data of the National Bank of Ukraine, as of January 1, 2015, in terms of total assets, the bank ranked 153rd (UAH 143.455 million) among 158 banks operating in the country.
Based on the results of the first quarter of 2015, the «Commercial Industrial Bank» received net profit in the amount of UAH 4.7 million.
