In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 11, 2020 No. 211 «On preventing the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 on the territory of Ukraine», a quarantine has been introduced throughout the territory of Ukraine, and from March 19 to April 3, 2020, the MIA Service Centres are suspending the reception of citizens and work according to a separate schedule, mostly online.
