For your convenience, the Bank has implemented the possibility of prolongation of individuals' deposits by contacting the Contact-center, without visiting the Bank's branch.
To do this, you need to call the Bank's official line at 0 800 501 200, answer the questions of the Contact-center employee, and notify of the need to prolong your deposit.
You can set/cancel the prolongation of your deposit through the Contact-center, or at the Bank's branch, inclusive up to the expiration date of your contract (please take into account the operating schedule of branches during martial law).
We also inform you that it is possible to set/cancel the prolongation of your deposit in the CIB-online app a day before the expiration of your deposit term.
Prolongation of the deposit takes place on the conditions on which the deposit was opened (term, method, and frequency of payment of interest), at the rate that will be in effect at the moment of prolongation taking into account loyalty conditions.
