Decisions on loans to individuals in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine

Dear clients! 

We inform you that the credit committee has made the following decision regarding loans to individuals:

In connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which became the basis for the introduction of martial law from 5:30 a.m. on February 24, 2022 for a period of 30 days, in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 «On the introduction of martial law in Ukraine» (hereinafter – the introduction of martial law in Ukraine), to approve (without making corresponding changes to loan agreements):

1. For loans under the classical repayment scheme: postpone until March 31, 2022 inclusive:

 - accrued interest for the use of credit funds in February 2022;

 - accrued commissions whose payment term comes due/came due in the period from February 24 to March 30 inclusive,
payments on repayment of the principal debt for March 2022;

2. For loans with an annuity repayment schedule: 

- postpone payments on the principal debt from February 25 to the end of March 2022 – to the end of the term of the loan agreement;

- interest for the use of credit funds with payment dates from February 25 to the end of March 2022 to the corresponding date in April (according to the terms of the loan agreement);

3. Do not apply penalty sanctions for non-fulfillment of obligations under the loan agreement (penalties, fines, etc.).

At the same time, we note that ComInBank fulfills its obligations to depositors on time and without obstacles by returning deposits and paying interest on them, and also observes all regulatory legal acts of the NBU.
