Regarding the extension of the validity of cards expiring between February 2022 and December 2024

Dear Customers! 

For your convenience, the validity period of the cards expiring in the period from February 2022 to December 2024 will be extended for an additional 12 months and will allow you to perform the following types of transactions:

• payments in retail and service networks;
• payment on the Internet (subject to the settings regarding the possibility of servicing cards with an extended validity period on the acquirer's side);
• cash withdrawal at ATMs, bank cash desks and cash desks of retail outlets (subject to the settings for the possibility of servicing cards with an extended validity period on the acquirer's side);
• card-to-card transfers (p2p) (subject to the settings for the possibility of servicing cards with an extended validity period on the acquirer's side);
• registration in the CIB-online Internet banking system.

If you wish to re-issue an expiring card, please visit any operating branch of the Bank that provides a full range of services for individuals at the addresses listed in the Branches section.
