In CIB-online internet banking, the carrying out of certain operations is currently temporarily restricted:
1. The possibility of changing limits on cards has been blocked. You can change the limit by calling the Contact-center at 0 800 501 200 or through the chat-bot in Viber or Telegram.
2. Currency exchange has been turned off.
3. A limit has been set on the transfer of funds to accounts opened in other banks – UAH 1,000 per one operation.
Currently, in CIB-online you can carry out:
1. Viewing of account balances.
2. Opening of deposits.
3. Opening of new accounts.
4. The ability to cancel/set prolongation for deposits.
5. The ability to top up mobile, other payments.
6. P2P transfer.
