Dear clients!
We inform you of the change of limits on individuals' cards.
As of 25.03.2022, the limits are set in the following amount (including for risky countries):
-Cash withdrawals at the cash desk and ATM for cards in hryvnia and currency in Ukraine:
- in the amount up to UAH 100,000 per day;
-Cash withdrawals at the cash desk and ATM abroad:
- for cards in hryvnia – in the amount of UAH 100,000 per month;
- for cards in foreign currency – in the amount equivalent to UAH 100,000 per month. There is also the possibility of increasing the specified limit to UAH 100,000 per day by contacting the Contact-center or in the Bank's chat-bot (the total volume includes the amount of cash funds in foreign currency issued on the same day from this client's account in foreign currency within Ukraine);
-Settlements in the retail and service network and the Internet network – UAH 200,000 per day;
-Card-to-card transfers (p2p) within Ukraine – UAH 100,000 per day (including the transfer commission);
-Cross-border card-to-card transfers (p2p) and “quasi cash” operations* – UAH 100,000 per one bank client per calendar month.
*such operations include, in particular but not exclusively: purchase of cryptocurrencies, replenishment of brokerage or forex accounts, replenishment of electronic wallets, purchase of gift certificates, transfers in favor of bookmaker companies,
payment of traveler's checks. The merchant category codes that can be used for such operations include, in particular but not exclusively, the following: 4829; 6012; 6050; 6051; 6534; 6539; 6540; 7800; 7801; 7802; 7995.
