Public Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank» (hereinafter – the Bank), whose location is: 04053, Kyiv, 6 Vorovskoho Street, informs of the conducting of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will take place on «15» July 2011 at 15-00 at the address: 03115, Kyiv, 30/32 Feodory Pushynoi Street, 9th floor, in the meeting hall.
The registration of Shareholders and their representatives will be carried out from 14-00 to 14-45.
Shareholders are to have with them a passport or other document certifying identity provided by current legislation.
Representatives of Shareholders are to have with them a document certifying identity and a power of attorney.
The list of Shareholders who have the right to participate in the extraordinary General Meeting will be compiled as of 24-00 on «11» July 2011.

Making decisions on organizational issues of the procedure for conducting the General Meeting of Shareholders. Increase of the Bank's statutory capital by way of increasing the number of shares of the existing nominal value at the expense of additional contributions. Making a decision on the closed (private) placement of the Bank's shares and approval of the protocol of the decision on the closed (private) placement of the Bank's shares. Determination of the authorized body of the Bank and the authorized person of the authorized body of the Bank, who are given powers related to ensuring the closed (private) placement of the Bank's shares. Approval of the Regulations on the General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank».
