For Your convenience, the term of validity of payment cards whose term of validity ends in the period from January 2022 to February 2026 will be extended until 31.03.2026 with the provision of the option to carry out the following types of operations (provided settings regarding the option of servicing cards with an extended term of validity on the acquirer's side):
- settlements in trade-service networks;
- payment on the Internet network;
- issuance of cash in ATMs, cash desks of banks, and cash desks of trade points;
- carrying out of card-to-card transfers (p2p);
- registration in the system of Mobile banking «COMINBANK».
We draw attention that in case the acquirer of the trade point/site/ATM/cash desk, etc., where the operation is carried out, checks the term of validity of the card – the operation will be unsuccessful (in particular, the carrying out of card-to-card transfers).
Further, the term of validity of payment cards will not be extended.
On 01.04.2026 all payment cards whose term of validity has ended – will be annulled.
We remind that an activated payment card is obligatorily necessary for the use of the functional of the system of Mobile banking «COMINBANK», namely:
- registration/recovery of the password to the system;
- the option of using the card account (in the absence of an activated card, the account will not be displayed, so the funds available on it can be used only when contacting the Bank's branch).
To avoid inconvenience when using services, we recommend, if necessary, to receive a new payment card in good time:
1) by visiting any operating branch of the Bank that provides the full list of services for individuals, at the addresses specified in the section Branches;
2) by issuing a Virtual card in the system of Mobile banking «COMINBANK».
