According to a notice from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, permission has been granted
to purchase a block of shares
of Public Joint-Stock Company "Commercial Industrial Bank" (JSC "CIB"),
which ensures an excess of 50% of votes in the supreme governing body
of the bank.
On November 18, 2015, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved the purchase
of shares of JSC "CIB" by an individual resident, Yevhen Kazmin, founder
of the "KVV" holding.
As of 01.10.2015, the bank's shareholders were Yurii Sydorenko
(66% of shares) and Ihor Usenko (33% of shares), who are transferring their shares to the new
owner, who will own 100% of the bank's shares.
Public Joint-Stock Company "Commercial Industrial Bank"
was registered in 1993.
According to the data of the National Bank of Ukraine, as of October 1, 2015, in terms of total
assets, JSC "CIB" ranks 109th (UAH 247.2 million) among 123
banks operating in the country.
