From 15 December 2025, the Bank's Contact Centre working hours will be temporarily changed

Please be advised that starting 15 December 2025, the Bank's Contact Centre working hours will be temporarily changed.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Please take these changes into account when contacting the Contact Centre.
