We hereby inform you that, with effect from 1 May 2026, following the closure of Cominbank JSC’s Kyiv Branch No. 2 in Kyiv at 51 Antonovycha Street (in accordance with the decision of the Bank’s Supervisory Board dated 24 March 2026 No. 24/03-1s), you will be transferred to Kyiv Branch No. 7 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv, located at 28 Predslavynska Street.
Please note that on 28 April 2026, Kyiv Branch No. 2 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv will serve customers until 15:00.
On 29–30 April 2026, Kyiv Branch No. 2 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv will not be serving customers.
COMINBANK JSC Kyiv Branch No. 7 in Kyiv provides a full range of banking services for individuals and legal entities and operates according to the following schedule:
Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00 (payment acceptance: until 17:30)
Saturday – Sunday: closed

We would also like to inform you that customers who have signed contracts for the hire of individual bank safes must contact Kyiv Branch No. 2 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv by 13:00 on 28 April 2026 (inclusive) to Kyiv Branch No. 2 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv at 51 Antonovycha Street to collect their valuables and conclude supplementary agreements regarding the termination of such contracts (in order to refund the commission paid in excess of the actual term
We would also like to inform you that customers who have entered into contracts for the hire of individual bank safe deposit boxes must contact the Kyiv Branch No. 2 of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ in Kyiv, located at 51 Antonovycha Street, 51 to collect their valuables and sign supplementary agreements regarding the termination of such contracts (in order to refund the commission paid in excess of the period of actual use of the individual bank safe deposit box). Should you fail to contact us by the specified deadline, the Bank will open the individual bank safes in your absence and remove the valuables stored therein, subsequently transferring them for safekeeping to the valuables vault of the Central Branch of JSC "COMINBANK” in Kyiv at 6 Bulvarno-Kudriavska Street.
