We hereby inform you that, with effect from 1 July 2026, following the closure of Cominbank JSC’s Kyiv Branch No. 9 in Kyiv at 46-A A. Akhmatova Street (in accordance with the joint decision of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the Bank dated 18 May 2026 No. 18/05-1s), you will be transferred to Kyiv Branch No. 4 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv at 17/8 Nizhniy Val Street.
Please note that on 26 June 2026, Kyiv Branch No. 9 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv will serve customers until 12:00.
On 29–30 June 2026, Kyiv Branch No. 9 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv will not be serving customers.
COMINBANK JSC Kyiv Branch No. 4 in Kyiv provides a full range of banking services for individuals and legal entities and operates according to the following schedule:
Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00 (payment acceptance: until 17:30)
Saturday – Sunday: closed
We would also like to inform you that customers who have entered into contracts for the hire of individual bank safety deposit boxes must contact the Kyiv Branch No. 9 of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ in Kyiv by 13:00 on 25 June 2026 (inclusive) at the following address: 46-A A. Akhmatova, 46-A to collect their valuables and sign supplementary agreements regarding the termination of such contracts (in order to refund the commission paid in excess of the period of actual use of the individual bank safe deposit box). Should you fail to contact us by the specified deadline, the Bank will open the individual bank safes in your absence and remove the valuables stored therein, subsequently transferring them for safekeeping to the valuables vault of the operations cash desk at the Central Branch of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv at 6 Bulvarno-Kudriavska Street.
