We hereby inform you that, with effect from 28 May 2026, due to the closure of the Ternopil branch of JSC “COMINBANK” in the city of Ternopil at the following address: 18 Medova Street (in accordance with Decision No. 29/04-1s of the Bank’s Supervisory Board dated 29 April 2026), you will be transferred to the Lviv Branch No. 1 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Lviv, located at 4 Ihor Bilozir Street.
Please note that on 25 May 2026, the Ternopil branch of JSC “COMINBANK” in Ternopil will serve customers until 13:00.
On 26–27 May 2026, the Ternopil branch of JSC “COMINBANK” in Ternopil will not be serving customers.
The Lviv Branch No. 1 of JSC “COMINBANK” in Lviv provides a full range of banking services for individuals and legal entities and operates according to the following schedule:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 (payment acceptance: until 17:30)
Saturday – Sunday: closed
We would also like to inform you that customers who have signed contracts for the hire of individual bank safety deposit boxes must contact the Ternopil branch of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ in Ternopil by 13:00 on 22 May 2026 (inclusive) at the following address: 18 Medova Street, 18 to collect their valuables and sign supplementary agreements regarding the termination of such contracts (in order to refund the commission paid in excess of the period of actual use of the individual bank safe deposit box). Should you fail to contact us by the specified deadline, the Bank will open the individual bank safes in your absence and remove the valuables stored therein, subsequently transferring them for safekeeping to the valuables vault of the operational cash desk of JSC “COMINBANK” Lviv Branch No. 1 in Lviv at the following address: 4 Ihor Bilozir Street.
