**The Client receives a Promotional bonus in the amount of UAH 15 upon the fulfillment simultaneously of all the following conditions:
1. The Client pays the bill for utility services, the bill must be issued by the Service Provider;
2. The Client pays for services with a MasterCard® payment card;
3. The Client pays for services on the Internet site www.ipay.ua;
4. The Client indicated his mobile phone and electronic mail in the details of the payment;
5. The amount of one operation on the payment of the bill amounts to no less than UAH 50 for Kyiv and no less than UAH 200 for Lviv;
6. One Client has the right to receive a Promotional bonus no more than one time for the entire period of the Promotion (that is, on one personal account Promotional bonuses can be accrued no more than one time for the period of the Promotion);
In case of the receipt of a Promotional bonus by the Client under the conditions specified above, the Organizer does not accrue a commission for the carrying out of the payment.
Promotional bonuses are paid by way of transfer to the personal account of the Client opened with the Service Provider during the payment by the client of the bill on the website www.ipay.ua.
