We inform you that from 16.09.2021 changes come into force to the Rules of banking services for individuals at Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank» in connection with the Bank's introduction of a new service of PIN code delivery in an SMS message.
From 16.09.2021, receiving or changing the PIN code for a card issued after 16.09.2021 will be possible through the Contact-center as follows:
- call the Contact-center at 0 800 501 200;
- undergo identification by the Contact-center operator;
- inform of your desire to receive the PIN code;
- receive an SMS message with the PIN code to your financial phone number.
If it is necessary to change the PIN code of a card issued before 16.09.2021, you will need to contact the branch and reissue the card.
