The program provides for the connection of a legal entity to an unlimited number of banking services without the need to sign additional agreements to the main contract. At the same time, the fee for banking services is charged only upon the fact of their use.
«Our experience shows that this format is best suited for most legal entities. If the client needs additional services that they did not need at the time of signing the contract, they can use them without visiting the bank. Moreover, the fee for them is charged only after the client has used them», — explained Ihor Kuznetsov, Director of the Sales Organization Department of the «Commercial Industrial Bank»
According to the financial institution's statistics, in the period from 01.05.2015 to 01.07.2015 the number of legal entity clients served by the bank grew by 30%. At the bank, one of the factors of client base growth is named as structural changes in approaches to customer service. «We are changing and improving many processes, developing and implementing new products. And the start of this process was the launch of the comprehensive customer service program. After all, in addition to reliability and competitive tariffs, speed and convenience of service are especially important for legal entities today», — added Ihor Kuznetsov.
In the near future, the bank plans to substantially expand the product line for legal entities in order to satisfy the needs for banking services not only of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also of large corporate clients.
