Taking into account the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, as well as the experience of other countries of the world, we advise you to follow simple rules that will help you protect yourself and your loved ones from possible risks:
minimize stay in public transport and visits to public places; maximally use the remote internet banking system «CIB-online» and «PAY.CIB» to receive banking services online; use non-cash payments, contactless and mobile payments, limit operations with cash; do not touch your face and disinfect your hands after contact with banknotes and coins; thoroughly wash your hands after visiting public places, before eating, after using banknotes and coins; periodically disinfect payment cards, mobile devices, etc.
We carefully monitor the further development of the situation and, when making decisions, are guided by the recommendations of the WHO, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the comfort and safety of our clients and employees.
