To remove or set the indication of automatic extension of the term of storage of funds under the Bank Deposit Agreement, it is enough for you to contact the Bank's Contact-center 0 800 501 200 (calls are free within Ukraine).
The specified mode is in effect until 30.04.2021 and will be extended in case of extension of the quarantine term.
We remind you that with the help of the remote internet banking system "CIB-online", you can open and manage deposits, receiving additional bonuses from the Loyalty Program, namely, in case of placing a deposit through the internet banking system "CIB-online", you will receive additionally to the current rate +0.5% in hryvnia and +0.3% in US dollars or euros.
