JSC «COMINBANK» from April 1, 2023 begins processing cashless transfers in the national currency in accordance with the international message exchange standard ISO 20022 (hereinafter — ISO 20022) through the National Bank's electronic payment system of the new generation (hereinafter — SEP 4.0) in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 93 of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (hereinafter — NBU) dated 16.09.2021. The aim of introducing the international ISO 20022 standard and transitioning to SEP 4.0 is to integrate the national payment space with the international one and to increase the security of payments.
From April 1, 2023, all incoming payments that will be received to the address of JSC «COMINBANK» through SEP 4.0 will be credited within the calendar day on which the payment in the national currency was received.
For clients of JSC «COMINBANK» this means a change in the time for incoming payments from other Ukrainian banks; they can be received from 00:00 to 24:00 of every calendar day.
The following changes will be implemented at JSC «COMINBANK»:
- change of the forms of settlement documents (payment order, memorial order, payment demand, payment demand-order) to a payment instruction;
- the emergence of new optional payment participants: initiator, actual payer, actual recipient;
- printed forms of payment documents have been updated;
- the possibility of performing new types of operations (for example, a request to perform a credit transfer, a request to return a payment, etc.).
We draw your attention to the fact that in connection with the transition to the new standard, on March 31, 2023, a limited mode of service provision and processing of operations and transfers may be applied, about which the Bank will inform additionally in news on its website.

Possible impact: the stabilization period will last up to several weeks: at this time, technical problems and delays may arise when receiving/sending payments from/to other banks (via SEP).
What will remain unchanged:
After 01.04.2023, operational time and schedule of execution of payments in the national currency initiated through the Bank's electronic channels or via SEP:
· Operational time (sending of payments) — only on weekdays and working days from 9:00 to 16:30,
· post-operational time for payments initiated from the «PAY CIB» remote service system — from 16:30 to 19:00.
